Who can use the platform?
For achievers — students, athletes, employees, and participants can create a free account and build a history of verifiable, shareable achievements on their Achievement Wall.For issuers — companies, schools, organizers, and institutions can subscribe to a plan to issue digital achievements with traceability, verification, and 3D trophies. The platform serves four main verticals: Corporate & HR, Education & Training, Sports & Competitions, and Sociocultural.
Is the platform free?
For achievement recipients, yes. Creating an account, accepting achievements, and maintaining a profile on the platform is free of charge.For issuers, there is a Free plan to explore the platform, but issuance begins on paid plans. The entry-level plan is the Starter, with 200 emissions per month. See Emissions & Quota for up-to-date details.
How are achievements recorded?
The issuer creates an event, adds participants, and issues achievements. Each certificate receives a unique SHA-256 hash. The recipient is notified by email and, when available, by WhatsApp. Once accepted, the achievement becomes part of their profile.
Is there a mobile app?
There is no app in the stores yet, but the platform experience is optimized for browsers on both desktop and mobile. Simply go to app.thatsme.com.br and, if you’d like, add the shortcut to your phone’s home screen.
You receive a notification by email and, when available, also by WhatsApp, with a direct link to view the achievement. When you open that link, you can choose to Accept or Decline.Once accepted, the achievement appears on your Achievement Wall and, if set to public, may also appear in the Social Ecosystem.If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be invited to create one using the email address used in the issuance.
How do I share an achievement?
Each achievement can be shared via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, Facebook, email, or direct link. On LinkedIn, the platform can also automatically fill in the Licenses and Certifications form.You can also share the public certificate page, also called the Achievement Page, which is accessible without login and verifiable by anyone.
How does the Achievement Wall work?
The wall is your profile on the platform. It gathers your achievements in a grid organized by year and lets you search by company name, achievement title, or category.You can also sort by newest, oldest, A-Z, or Z-A, as well as control the visibility of each achievement individually.
How do I hide an achievement?
From the ”…” menu on the achievement card, select the option to change visibility. Each achievement can be individually set to public or private, regardless of your overall profile setting.This allows you, for example, to keep your profile public while hiding only specific achievements.
I didn't receive the achievement by email. What should I do?
First, check your spam folder. Then, confirm with the issuer which email address was used in the issuance, since the achievement is linked to that address.If the email is correct, also check the Notifications area inside the platform. If the problem persists, contact support.
How do I verify if a certificate is authentic?
Every achievement has a SHA-256 hash and a public verification page. Anyone can check its authenticity without needing to log in, using the hash or the corresponding verification link.
Billing is based on emissions. Each certificate sent to a recipient consumes 1 emission.

What happens if I exceed my quota?
If overage is enabled, you can continue issuing beyond the monthly quota. Each extra emission is charged on the next invoice, according to your plan.You can also disable overage or set a monthly cap in Settings > Billing > Overage. See Overage for up-to-date values and rules.
How do I track the status of emissions?
In the Emissions Panel for each event, you can track each certificate’s status:
Accepted — the recipient accepted the achievement
Pending — the notification was sent and is still awaiting a response
Declined — the recipient declined the achievement
You can also filter by email and track progress in real time.
Can I add other administrators?
Yes. Under account menu > Administrators, you can invite other team members by email.The limit depends on your plan:

TMs (Trophy Models) are the 3D models used to visually represent an achievement. Depending on the context, they may also be called 3D trophies, 3D badges, or the visual representation of a digital certificate.Each TM can be viewed directly in the browser with 3D interaction.
How do I create a TM?
In the TM Creator, you can upload a 2D image and customize the result in the 3D editor with geometry, materials, textures, colors, lighting, animation, and text adjustments.The editor is self-service and shows the result in real time.
Do TMs cost anything?
No. TMs are free on every plan. You can create and customize as many as you want. Billing applies only to certificate emissions.
Where are my finished TMs?
Published TMs are available in the TM Gallery, where they can be viewed, organized, renamed, described, and reused in events.
Yes. Each certificate receives a SHA-256 hash at the time of issuance. This hash helps reinforce the integrity of the record and the achievement’s verification.In addition, the platform maintains traceability over emissions, administrators, and events. See Verification & Security for more details.
What is KYB verification?
KYB (Know Your Business) is the verification process applied to issuers. There are currently two main levels:
BASIC — domain verification
VERIFIED — verification with an organization document
The verification status may appear on the issuer’s profile and on achievements issued during the corresponding period.
Is my profile public?
By default, your profile can be public, but you can make it private in Settings > Privacy. In private mode, only you and your followers can view the wall.Company profiles are always public. Additionally, each achievement can be individually set to public or private.
Does the platform share my data?
That’s Me operates with visibility and privacy controls aligned with LGPD. Users can control the visibility of their profile and achievements, and data can be deleted upon request, according to applicable rules.Whenever information is public, it depends on the profile setting, the achievement setting, or the nature of the corresponding public page.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion can be requested through the settings area or through support, depending on the flow available at the time. After the request and applicable validations, data is handled according to the platform’s rules and current legislation.
On the login screen, click “Forgot my password”. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your access. If you can’t find the message, check your spam folder.
How do I report a suspicious achievement?
Click ”…” on the post and select “Report”. The report will be reviewed with the support of automated checks and team review.
