The Administrators section lets you grant access to your issuer account to other people in your organization.
An administrator is a real member account on the That’s Me platform that receives access to the organization’s profile to manage it internally. To accept the invitation, the invited person must first have an account registered on That’s Me with the provided email address.

What administrators can do

Administrators have access to the issuer dashboard to:
  • Publish and manage TMs
  • Create and manage events
  • Issue achievements
  • Track issuance status and the general dashboard
Inviting someone as an administrator grants broad access to the issuer account, except for profile settings and billing data.

Manage administrators

Access via the account menu under Administrators. The screen displays the full list with:

Use the search field at the top to filter by email or name.

Add

Click '+ Add Team'

In the top-right corner of the screen.

Enter the email

Type the new administrator’s email address.

Confirm

An invitation is sent automatically via email. Once accepted, the administrator gains access to the account.

Remove

  1. Find the administrator in the table
  2. Click the ”…” menu on their row
  3. Select “Delete”

Security and traceability

Actions performed by administrators are recorded in internal logs, such as:
  • Issuances executed
  • Event changes
  • TM creation
  • Other relevant modifications
These records can be reviewed by the support team and the primary issuer.
