Receiving achievements

When an issuer recognizes your participation or performance in an event, you receive a notification via email and, when available, via WhatsApp. The notification includes the issuer’s name, the event, the reason for recognition, and an image of the 3D trophy.
1

You receive the notification

An email is sent with a direct link to accept the achievement. The notification also appears in the bell icon inside the platform. WhatsApp delivery depends on the issuer’s plan and the availability of the recipient’s phone number.
2

Create your account or sign in

If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be invited to create one. The link auto-fills your email.
3

Accept or decline

Review the achievement details and choose Accept or Decline.
4

The achievement goes to your profile

When you accept, the certificate is created and appears on your Achievement Wall and, if public, in the social feed as well.
The acceptance link only works with the email used during issuance. If the issuer used a different address than your current account, create your account with the correct email or link that secondary email to your main account.

Viewing achievements

The achievement appears as a post on your wall and in the social feed. When you click it, you see the full certificate with:
  • Recipient profile — with a link to the profile
  • Issuer profile — with a link and verification badge, when applicable
  • Event name and category
  • 3D digital trophy (TM) — interactive viewing, video export options, and fullscreen mode
  • Reason for recognition
  • Date and location of issuance
  • Validity — permanent or with an expiration date, when applicable
  • Coming soon — the ability to attach photos related to the achievement or the journey to earn it
Each certificate has a dedicated public page at thatsme.com.br/c/[id], which also includes:
  • Authenticity section with SHA-256 hash and QR code
  • Detailed event information
  • Recommended next step to continue your journey
  • List of other recipients from the same event
The certificate page is public and accessible without login. Anyone can verify authenticity via the hash or QR code.
